Confidentiality agreement between TD Games and the person taking work in the project.
1. Confidential information: every file, asset, source code, design and piece of information about the project and its client you access through the platform.
2. Obligations: use confidential information only to do the assigned work; do not copy, share or publish it to third parties.
3. Protection: keep confidential information safe, store it on your devices only when needed for the work and delete it on request.
4. Term: confidentiality obligations survive the end of the work unless TD Games agrees otherwise in writing.
5. Breach: TD Games may end the collaboration and claim damages as permitted by law.
