These terms apply to every user of the TD Games task platform, including in-house staff and freelancers.
1. Account: you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secret and for all activity under your account.
2. Acceptable use: do not use the platform unlawfully or access data you are not entitled to.
3. Work content: project files, assets and information belong to TD Games or its clients unless agreed otherwise.
4. Suspension: TD Games may lock accounts that breach these terms.
5. Changes: when a new version is published you must accept it again before continuing.
